We've only stayed here for one night, but this was an amazing hotel with even more amazing staff! Cindy made us feel right at home! They serve free breakfast and complimentary drinks throughout the day. The staff is amazing and helps you organize everything for Hanoi, even if you only spend one night! The rooms are nice and big, very clean and the minibar is really cheap. The location is perfect as it is located within the old quarter close to the big lake. Wel worth its value!!

There are at least 3 Rising Dragon chains in the area, take note of which one you're staying at! It's right in the tourist area so easy walking distance to night markets and restaurants and a short bus ride to the main landmarks of Hanoi. The hotel is quiet and the staff are lovely.

Hotel was fully booked when we arrived with reservation. We were putted to another Rising Dragon with worse location. Definetly do not book trips and bus/train tickets in this hotel. E.g. you will pay 20$ more than others for Halong Bay trips. Bus tickets were 10$ more. Besides, hotel and breakfast are ok.
