This is perhaps the most terrible hotel I stayed ever. The reception staffs are not helpful at all; Wifi is only available in the lobby. In the first night I, at 1 am heard super noisy music comes from the miami river (where a night club is). The staff refused to do anything about it, actually their suggestion is finding some earplugs and pharmacy. Thanks to the police who helped me out. The location is really good though. But this convenience does not outweigh their awful service.

The negative comments about this hotel are based on the hotel before they changed it all. We spoke to the staff and they told us all about how bad it was before, but that the new manager basically changed all the staff to new people who wanted the same thing - a good service and a great hotel. This hotel has a really charming old fashioned feeling about it and it's situated downtown in Miami. We were very happily surprised about our experience there.
