Property Information:
We just renovated the hostel, we made private bathrooms in each room and paint them in different colors.
We have minibar inside.
Air conditioning in each room with extra tax.

Located on the shore of the river arno at only 5 minutes from ponte vecchio, galleria degli uffizi, piazza santa croce and only a few steps away from all the main monuments and museums of the city.
The hostel is situated in a quiet street so you can sleep as long as you like in our confortable and clean beds without being disturbed by the noise on the streets. Is like a big flat, a place to exchange experiences, ideas, nights out and even friendship.
We have many years experience welcoming travellers from all around the world, so we understand what you want. Our friendly and young staff will provided , tourist information and a list of cheap bars and restaurants around and they will try to make you feel confortable.
With no curfew or lock out you can stay out as late as you like.
You can check-in at any time. If you know you are arriving later than midnight please send us an e-mail with your booking reference number to let us know at what time are you going to arrive. If you don't inform us about your late arrival and you're comming after 10 pm, you have to pay 15 euro extra.
For those who want: cheap breakfast
lunch with only 8 euro (first and second plate)
dinner 15 euro, in our conventional ristorante.
Payment : cash only.
Cancellation must be notify with 24 hours in advance prior of your arrival date.
According to the city council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from july 1st the city of florence will
Introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate is euro 2,00 per person per night, and it is not applied to:
children (up to 10 years old);
people, who provide assistance to patients in hospital, max one each patient
people/family, who provide assistance to underage patients in hospital, max two each patient
