The location is convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here very much and would stay here again! The lockers were very big and they set up was really nice. It felt more like a home than a hostel.

This was my second stay at Riverside Lodge Berlin and I love this place.... although it wasn't the same without Enrico there this time.

I loved this hostel! I've stayed in some really neat places, but nothing holds a candle to this. It seriously feels like you're staying in someone's house. It's tiny and cozy and Enrique really made me feel welcome when I arrived. Since check-in wasn't until 7, it gave me a chance to try the delicious and cheap restaurant next door, with equally friendly people. I will definitely be coming back to Berlin (loved the city!!) and will DEFINITELY stay here again.

A vibrant area. Good community feeling. Loved the market. Nice restaurant on the corner - Berlon. Tricky to find for the fist time, but nice to be outside the bustle of the centre of Berlin.

Enrico and Dace pour a lot of consideration and hard work into making this hostel a clean, comfortable and fun environment. I can't recommend staying here highly enough.

The hostel was really good. Nice, small, home-like hostel. Close to underground rail and shops. Very quiet and nice to have a kitchen. Enriquo and staff were very helpful. One annoyance was the limited time for check-in so make sure you are organised.

Enrico was very friendly and welcomed us! We had a great time. He gave us heaps of info about Berlin and a free map. It is a small hostel. 1 6 bed room/ 1 4 bed room and a private room. So if this is what you are after - it is great!

NOTE: They do not have 24/7 reception, so when you book, you have to use an accurate arrival time, or you may not be able to get in... I believe their default reception times are 9am-noon, then 7pm-9pm. The girl working there (Dace) is REALLY friendly and helpful! The owner is alright, but sometimes a bit grumpy. The rooms are great and the beds are great. You get a big locker. There seems to have been numerous plugs (or powerpoints as the aussies call them).

A good little hostel. I don't like taking my shoes off at the door though

The room was nice and large, with only 2 rooms sharing one bathroom which was nice. The welcome was very friendly and informative. The only two things we would say: the room was very cold at night, and the blankets very thin and small. The water in the shower, whilst good pressure, would flick from freezing to scalding- not so good!

Small in size, big in personality. Riverside Lodge Berlin is great for those who want to have a relaxed stay and connect with other like-minded travelers. The neighborhood is very hip and has a lot of small cafes/restaurants and bars/lounges. Street markets set up just down the street on the weekends and rental bike shops/metro station close by. Highly recommend! The owner Enrico will take good care of you.

A great place to stay, Enrico spends plenty of time with you describing all the things to do in Berlin. He recommended great places to eat around the area and where all the night life is as well. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the place is not big so it feels homey.

This Hostel is clean, safe, and secure beyond anything we have experienced in Berlin. It is not the party hostel but is very near to all the party destinations if you so wish. It's near to a large assortment of restaurants and near some of the better Thai food we've had on our travels. Dorm rooms are set up for private bunks with curtains separating beds above and below, the staff cleans the hostel regularly and is VERY helpful. We fully recommend this hostel to any travellers.

I´ve traveled in almost all of the European countries, and this is propably the best hostel I´ve ever been to. Great location, great staff. Everything works well. Nothing too fancy, just what you are looking to get when you go to a hostel.

Great location, easy access to the UBahn and loads of cool restaurants and bars in the local area of Kreuzberg. The owner, Enrico gave us a warm welcome and talked us through all the areas on the map to go to for a full 15 minutes! We knew all the best places to go to by the end, which was really helpful. The room was nice and clean and comfortable - no issues! Would definitely recommend!
