Riverside lodge was a very comfy, clean and friendly.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Ricco was very helpful and attentive to all your needs. Very great host, would go back in a flash!

There was very little heating and the shower was hard to control (either boiling hot or cold), but otherwise, I had a great stay!

Great little place in the Kreuzberg neighbourhood. Easy to get to from the metro, very quiet, comfortable beds, big lockers with a lock provided, free wi-fi, and a friendly owner. You'll definitely get a good night's sleep here. The neighbourhood is quiet and quirky, with lots of brunch spots (try Matilda!), cafes, restaurants and shops around. The owner is a young guy who hangs around in the mornings and afternoons, so you can ask him about the best places to go, plus rent a bike for cheap!

Enrico's Riverside Lodge was such a pleasure to stay at! It's small and cosy with the coolest treehouse style beds. It was awesome to have the best things to do, see and eat recommended to us. It's in a great location too, in the trendy as Kreuzberg and you can hire bikes! It's not a party hostel but Enrico will be happy to recommend some amazing bars and encourage you not to do a pub crawl haha! His top pick for us was Watergate and we had a pretty crazy night then returned to our comfy beds!

Just the perfect hostel in Berlin: best owner, best quarter, warm atmosphere, I won't check any where else than here when i'll be back in this lovely city. Thanks Enrico

I stayed in a double room, so not in a dorm. But... Enrico is the single greatest hostelman ever. He gave us such great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Berlin. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Location was brilliant; relatively peaceful and still really central. A great spot with great staff. Did have a bit of trouble in not being able to leave our luggage at the cafe as stated on the website. Wasn't a big problem for us.

You can check out anytime you like but you'd never wanna leave

Enrico makes staying at this hostel into an experience that is like visiting a friend. It is in a lovely location just by the canal and is great to get to know some of the neighbourhoods of Berlin. Give youself plenty of time to wander around. It is an easy walk to the East side gallery and the u-bahn stop which brings you to Alexanderplatz is 2 minutes away to see all the tourist sights.

Riverside lodge is absolutely a great place to stay. It was like a home for us. Enrico is very hospitality and offers many information to us as much as possible. The facilities are very clean. There is a PC and free wifi which is convenient for young people. Near the hostel there are a lot of restaurants and bars and flea markets. Strongly recommended!

Enrico is your man in Berlin, he knows everything that's going on and is the nicest guy with it! You cannot go wrong staying here and you'll have the most chilled out time!

The Doublebed-Rooms were recently renovated and looked clean and comfy like a hotel room. Same for the bathroom which even has a hot tube (Badewanne),

THIS IS THE BEST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, the most amazing staff, i left my iphone there and Enrico (the owner) sent it to me overnight the next day, i cant really express how amazing this place is, the restaurant next door has some of the best food i have ever eaten in my life. Thank you Enrico!
