Rochester is one of the more historic properties in Mid City Los Angeles, and is for students, backpackers, and travelers on a budget. After an extensive restoration, our property will prove to be second to none for your Los Angeles experience.
Our booking fees are per person and include: WiFi, cable, utilities and we also provide a complimentary breakfast. Towels available upon request.

Latest Review
I have been staying at two different locations, the Rochester house is under going some upgrades and I look forward to seeing the place when their finished. The second house is very nice and the other people staying here are friendly and considerate of the other guests. I am moving to another one of the many other properties that they own and if its as nice as the other two I've been in then I look forward to staying there. Its nice to know that they have so many different locations.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Our check-in hours are from 2PM-7PM, but we will occasionally make exceptions for late flights. Unless previous arrangements are made, we will not be able to check-in anyone after 7PM (if you do make arrangements to check-in past 7PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee).
Check-out is at 11AM.
We accept cash and credit (CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENTS HAVE A 3% SURCHARGE). Payment is due at check-in.

You MUST formally cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival date, or you will be charged for the first night.
