The staff was very helpful and understanding (it was a VERY late arrival). The place may get a bit loud during the weekends, but there are free ear plugs available. A very good option for a cheap stay in Bristol.

Got lost trying to find the hotel. It's entrance is at the back of an alley, so that took awhile. Felt a little unsafe because the shop below is a punk establishment, and the corridors can kinda feel like you're in an 1980s Asian Horror movie. Besides that, I've only got good things to say abt the hostel. If you're into shopping, the location of the hostel couldn't be better; it's just a min walk from the shopping district of Bristol

Horrible hostel.... Worst hostel experience ever! A short summary of the hostel: dirty (nothing is clean... Especially the bathrooms are a catastrophy!), staff is incompetent, room was dirty and disgusting roommates (two half dead 60 year olds.. One needed a oxygen mask and both were filthy), and if you are looking for an intercultural experience this is the wrong place - Spanish is the official language and it's so loud at night you can't sleep (which is okay, at least you are alive...)

Overall experience was ok. Kitchen was clean in the morning, unfortunately a mess in the evening. For the sake of completeness it has to be said that the kitchen was very well equipped. Toilets were only cleaned every two days during our stay and unfortunately not on the night we spent there. Concerning the bedrooms there's nothing to complain about.

Too noisy

As an international English speaking traveler, I found it hard to be able to communicate with staff at the desk as they couldn't speak much English and had no idea what there was to do in the town nor did they know where tourist information was. Most people at the hostel were Spanish and couldn't speak English, I struggled to meet and make friends here. Facilities were reasonable I wouldn't stay there long term, just a couple of days. Good location very centeral

Staff couldnt be more miserable if they tried! If you're staying for 1 night its fine! But to be completely honest wouldnt even recommend this place to the homeless!

Good hostel with a big issue, internet didn't work properly.

I literally dropped of my stuff here and then was out for the night before coming back to check out in the morning. Seemed like a find hostel.

Very nice hostel, great location and decent staff. Quite a bunch of people that seems to live there kinda cramps the atmosphere a bit. other than that, all good. Stayed there about three times and would stay again.

This hostel was in an ideal location close to the heart of the city. Not the best choice if your looking for a quiet night in after a days site seeing. Very lively and lots to do. Recommended
