A tad overpriced, offering nothing other than a place to sleep in a dodgy part of Bristol.

The staff were excellent, especially that Belgian guy, but they all seemed genuinely apologetic we'd chosen to stay at such a dive. Creepy old men pervaded the common areas and bathrooms were literally the worst I've seen in a hostel. The kitchen was awesome, however it was really the only plus. Rooms were dirty and carpet torn in several places. Also, the bowling alley pumps that music loud and late. Don't stay long if you do stay.

Stayed at this hostel for one night as I had to get a coach to Glastonbury the following morning. Staff very friendly and even gave me a wake up phone call. They helped arrange a taxi to the coach depart point too. Very clean and good facilities including a large kitchen for travelers visiting U.K for the first time and discovering how expensive it is to eat out. Would return if I needed a place to stay in Bristol.
