i won't ever go there again! the bedrooms were dirty and smelly. the beds were horrible. the bathrooms (and especially the corridor before them) were disgusting and smelly too. also the security of the rooms is not the best. the price is too high for what you get.

Toilets dirty, staff unfriendly, noisy rude people on the corridors.... didn't feel safe! Rooms reasonably clean though...

Close the bus station and all attractions. rooms simple and a bit hot at night. No breakfast. Love the bowling lanes and bar.

The rooms were great and the beds were comfy. The only down side was there were only two plugs in the room and in not very appropriate places. The toilets were really smelly and there was obvious signs of floding which I had previously heard about. but we had a great stay and was an excellent location for going out in Bristol at a bargin price.

Hallways smelled off and one of the showers was quite cold.

It's the worst hostel I have ever been to: the beds were very unconfortable, the room cold, the music and people from the bar were extremelly loud (the bar is run by the same peolpe as the hostel), there were no lockers or anything similar in the rooms, the toilets were old and dirty looking, there was no hot water in the shower... I wouldn't recommend this hostel

First the good.... great staff about... the ones i encountered were helpful and friendly. The location was good too. The bed was very comfortable! Now the dodgy stuff: Bedroom was incredibly cold and drafty but it was fine under the covers! And silly things like curtains didnt cover all the windows! Not much options for secure locker space in many rooms. Very noisy in some areas of the building - some rooms better than others.

well, it's very centrally located and the staff are helpful. though a person in my dorm was acting like a schizophrenic and really scared me one night.
