Very good hostel. Staff was really friendly (expecially the guy at the reception) and helpful. Gives lots of information about rockhampton. They bring you every wednesday to a rodeo training for free, if u want. Enjoyed the stay there

We literally only stayed here over night as we were making our way up the coast but the beds were comfy and clean so couldn't complain. There seemed to be a good athmosphere around the place seemed like fun

Not a bad place to stay for one night, but lacking a bit of atmosphere, facilities in a separate building, and a little far away from Rocky.

Excellent, helpful staff make this hostel. It's a bit of walk from the bus stop but they will pick you up and point out amenities and things to do nearby. Very good if you arive/depart on a late bus. Only a short stroll to centre during the day. Our cabin was fine, nice to have an ensuite at this price and the shared facilities arare clean and spacious.

Only stopped to break up a long drive. Pillows not very thick so like no pillow at all. Showers and toilets not the cleanest. The TV room needed a clean too. The kitchen dining area however was excellent. Good for what I needed it to be.

Stayed in private twin which had double and bunk. Really secure, spacious and clean. Would recommend

Quiet little holiday park with a few private chalets in which we stayed. Good air con and screen windows for fresh air. Fridge and kettle in our room as well as ensuite with good shower. Marked down for 'security' because apparently each room key can access one door (tv room) if it is ever locked. Therefore this would imply every room has the same key. They run a free shuttle that picked us up from coach station, very handy. Good wifi.

Brilliant hostel. The kitchen dining room are massive, clean and well equipped. The TV room is much the same; a lovely place to spend some time out the sun as it is air conditioned and relaxing. There isn't a lot to do in the immediate area, but the pool and wifi mean you won't get too bored! Owners so helpful and cheerful. Wasn't a problem that I needed to check in late. If you want to stay in rockhampton this is the place to stay!

A bit far off the centre. Rockhampton is not really a interesting city compared with all the other places on the east coast. Still the hostel is good. Clean rooms, good facilities, large kitchen, nice and friendly staff. Although the free pick up and drop off is not earlier then 8.00 hrs and later then 19.00 hrs. A lot of busses (like premier and Greyhound) arrive at midnight that is an issue.
