Customer service was very poor. We did not feel any hospitality or welcome. They could not even find our reservation. Just after some time they explained me, that my surname was spelled absolutely wrong and they were not able to find it, it was - LITHUANIA...any more comments??? on top of that they charged me full amount again ignoring that deposit was already payed in advance. anyway, they have nice cafe with good food, and free transportation from airport or to to ship port.
