My reservation came through from hostel world screwed up and the hotel refused to rectify the situation. I had reserved three rooms for two nights and instead when I got there, the front desk tried to tell me that my reservation was only for one room for six nights. The hotel said they had availability but that they would not honor my printed reservation voucher but instead could make a new res. at a rate of $175 per room. My res. was for $45. We went to the marriot. Dont ever stay at this dump!
