It is located at the centre of the restaurant and party area, the Old Town (Parte Vieja).
With 2 balconies facing the most emblematic square of San Sebastian, the 'Plaza de la Constitucion',(the old bullfighting ring).
It is in the middle of the Old Town next to the museums. Between both main beaches, to 2 minute walking to La Concha beach and Zurriola beach (surfer�s one).
However, you should notice that this is not a party property and you are expected to respect the neighbors and your room mates!.
Also, as our staff live on the floors, our care and attention to your needs is above and beyond!
We also offer rent surfboard and wet suit from �15 and surf lessons �10,connection to rent tennis court.

The employees are cool, the location is good for party in the old town, excatly in the most crowded street, the price is regular, but the are only two toilets for too many rooms (16 people or more), the bathrooms are dirty and there is no living room.
