Impecable location and nice staff. Our double private room with ensuite bathroom was huge with wonderful high ceilings. Had shower and sink in room, toilet was down the hall. Very good and comfortable hostel.

Very friendly staff, super close to the train station and shopping mall, and the market square is only a short walk away! Brilliant room, lots of space, and a lovely building with lots of character. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and the room was very big. The stafg were also very helpful and gave us lots of useful information when we arrived. The only problem was the construction works at 8am every day. They were very loud and woke us up and we would have appreciated being told beforehand that there would be noise.

The location was amazing, next to the train station and just a few minutes from the city centre with the beautiful buildings. Everything is possible by foot. The kitchen and bathroom is very nice and clean. The room had an amazing view over the square. One thing! The beds were very primitive. The mattresses were very thin, foamlike. So not really comfortable to sleep on.

It is the best hostel in Kraków with a great location (5 minutes from the main square), spacious rooms, friendly staff

A good place to stay. The staff was nice.

Quiet hostel and great location. The rooms were very large and the beds very comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the main sights. There was also free coffee and tea and a Carrefour right downstairs to get food.

We stayed for a couple nights in an ensuite double-bed private room. It was quite nice, though not so intimate (much noise due to the old doors) Also, it says double-bed but it consists in two matresses sticked to make a bigger one. The place is really clean and located in the center which is good.

I stayed one night in this hostel and it was really good, the staff helped us to find a free tour, bus to the airport, good restaurant and traditional polish dishes.

Great location, easy 5-min wall to the station & ten mins to the old town. Staff were really helpful and the facilities were good. Not a very social hostel - it lacked atmosphere - but a nice place to stay.

Good hostel, well located and friendly staff.

Very centrally located between the train/bus station and the old town. We had a double room that was very spacious and nice and very clean. It was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definetely recommend Roller Hostel in Krakow.

Very good location close to the train station and the old market square. I stayed in a private twin room which was very good value for money. Staff were very helpful, telling us where to catch the bus to Auschwitz and you can leave your bags in a secure locker all day after checking out. Each level of the hostel has a secure code so it is very safe.

Excellent hostel that's so reasonable! The staff are incredibly helpful and the hostel is very clean. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Nice Hostel, quiet and clean. Excellent location, near the barbican, and 5 minutes walk to the station.

Close to city center. Good price ! Not the best hostel in Cracow but worth recommended! Cheers!

Great location and helpful staff. Unfortunately we were disappointed with afew other features of the hostal: we paid for an en suite room but our toilet was in the hallway accessible with a key - hardly private! The fixtures were quite poor and it was a little cold. Everytime a door was shut somewhere the room vibrated, made worse as there were some antisocial guests around us... Still, not a bad option due to the price and location

Very polite atmosphere - personnel always available to answer questions and to help. Good coordination and team work among personnel. Very good money value in compere to Hostel's location. Safe place to stay and enjoy beauty of Cracow. Definitively I will recommend to family and friends.

No wifi in the room. Double bed but with two single duvets. Private en suite isn't really an en suite as its not connected to the room.

great place with fantastic staff
