Excellent hostel! Very nice and helpfull staf!

Rolling Stone is great! Sylvia and Diana are AMAZING, and will look after you from the word go! The dorms are clean, the breakfast is decent, and the location is great! It's also has really great toilets to send your mobile phone swimming if you so desire... Great hostel, great town... but don't waste your time going to Bran Castle!

The Rolling Stone Hostel is in a great location in Brasov. Diana and Sylvia were very accommodating; they ensured we were comfortable for the duration of our stay and provided advice and assistance in coordinating activities. The hostel is quite nice, we stayed in a private room. This is not a great place to stay if you are allergic to cats because they have two. The laundry service is the most affordable we've seen. All in all, I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Great place to meet fellow travellers. Good facilities. Staff are very helpful and are very friendly. The day tours that they arrange are fun to go on. Bit of a challenge to get to-from the train station as it is at the other end of town, but well worth the effort. Loved this hostel and would recommend it anyone.

Please be aware that the hostel has actually 3 different locations, depending on the room you book. The bus stop is 1 minute away, the old city centre is a 15-minute-walk away. The 2 girls that work there (Diana and her sister) were very friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us. Breakfast is toast and jam and tea, but no coffee as mentioned in the description. Wifi is ok in the lounge area, but not available in all rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

- Ignored emails we sent prior to arrival asking for advertised meet and greet at station. - We had booked a private double, but we couldnt have it, instead had use of an empty dorm room, but no door / security, people wandering in all night using toilet - Were told not to bother with breakfast as they had a big tour group in who would be taking over the room. -Ridiculously overcharged by exchange rate being wrong -Most advertised ammenities / services not available or way over priced.

Very neat hostel, nice clean room and overall a pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks to Diana for all the help and good mood (: Just a few minutes by foot to the center of the city, easy parking right in front of the house, and several really cute pets inside...Can't say anything bad, in fact one of the reasons we decided to stay one more day in Brasov was that we really enjoyed the hostel.

Great staff, great location, simple breakfast, amazing value. Would def stay here again but maybe when there are fewer people. It was really busy!

The girl in charge during my stay was an excellent; very nice and helpful. Just two things: 1) The restaurant you suggested, Casa Romaneasca, was terrible: good service but super expensive and the food nothing special 2) during my stay there was a guy sitting on the couch watching TV all the time. I wondered if he was the owner... if he was, try not to have him around. He is not kind, transmits a very negative vibe and keeps bossing the guests around.

Good hostel, in a good location in Brasov. Also offers various tours around the region that would have been awesome if we had had time. All round good place.

The hostel is good and cheap, not far from the city center and the staff is very very helpful. It was just a little bit overcrowded, but it's normal for new year's eve.

Very nice and clean hostel (Leave off your shoes in:)), room big, shower clean and comfortable, little breakfast included, really cheap (dormitory less than 7 Euro by night), the friendly reception girl,Sylvia, is very nice and kind. Right hostel for traveller ! :)))

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at this hostel. It was clean and the lounge area made for a relaxed and homely atmosphere. You couldn't fault the staff - they were super friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast is quite simple you can't expect much for the price that you pay. My only complaint is the hostel's cranky and sometimes rude long-term resident. Overall, it's excellent value for money and the next time I visit beautiful Brasov I will definitely stay here.

I could enjoy staying Brasov so much,because of Rollingstones hostel. Staff is very very friendly and helpful all the time. Kitchen,bathroom and dormitory is always clean. I will stay next summer too. Anyway I recommend you to stay here:))
