Our ceiling air-con unit leaked, soaked & stained our clothes. We told the reception. Nothing was done that day; we spent the night in the damp room. Next day they downgraded us, offered no compensation/help with damaged property/apology. The manager was incredibly rude & implied we were in the wrong (cleaners were friendly & washed our damaged clothes) the photos online are deceptive, no free Internet & safes were unusable.
