They didn´t gave us our room. When we arrived, they decided to put us in another Hostel, because other guests decided to stay longer. It didn´t mather the fee we give and it was 15minutes walking. They didn´t email or phone o messaje us. Bad attencion and sincerely a very bad experience. There are a lot of good hostels in Rome, DON´T COME HERE.
so good i stayed TWICE! What a FANTASTIC group of people and a lovely new hostel. everyone was great, great location and felt new. great job guys, best marks. so accommodating. they wouldn't even let me clean up after myself. i left town for a week and stopped back on a layover and went right back, didn't even call. it was THAT good of an experience.
The staff there were very helpful. The male staff from philipines was very friendly and humorous. The staff kept the place clean midday and prepared breakfast every morning. the location is great if you have an early morning flight or train to catch, Termini is just 5 minutes away! I would go back this hostel again if ever I go back to Rome.
actually good location and kind staff in there. I like it. and have a breakfast ! but no locker ..
The staff is very kind. When I asked one of the staff for a pair of slippers, he's just so kindly to lend me one of his own. and there's a second hostel called Romangelo just a few blocks away, they got computers there for you to use.
Location is great. Right by the train station. The security was wonderful. I arrived late in the evening and was very relieved to be staying in a safe building. Rooms are a bit small, but it was fine for me. The management were very kind and helpful.
Staff are hard to communicate with. They all operate at snails pace. They didn't have any change so we had to pay slightly extra. Good rooms. No lockers. Take ear plugs!!! Breakfast is average, just cereals
The staff were extremely rude There were no lockers, and our room was tiny, with 5 beds (two bunkbeds and a single). were no guards so easily could have fell out in the night. Were was no storage facilities at all, or drawers, or even anywhere to place your belongings, so they had to go on the floor, so the room was tiny with 5 travellers belongings on the floor. The hotel is beside train station, but its on a very scary dangerous street. The ghetto of Rome. I wouldnt bother with this hostel.
We got accomodation with good price for a next day. Location was convinient since it was just across the street from the Roma centrale. One critic was that there was a kitchen but it was not allowed to use for cooking, However there was a light breakfast included to the price. Internet connection worked in the kitchen and other common areas.
