Excellent location and comfortable bed! If better cleaniness on toilet will be perfect!

This guesthouse was fantastic. Great location (walking distance to the colossium) and the host is really helpful! He ended up giving us breakfast coupons to a pastry shop downstairs that was tasty. The only downside is there is one bathroom for about 5 bedrooms of people, so potentially 10 people. Overall it was a great stay.

This is a nice,clean, secure hostel in a great location, and some of the staff speak English! However the hot water was broken for two of our four nights there. We also came back to the hostel one day to find 2 people (who spoke no English) moving our stuff into a different room, as they had new people arriving and they wanted to put them in our room... pretty weird / annoying. We were emailed an apology and asked for our bank details to give a refund- but it's been a week and no refund as yet!

Simply perfect, we were moved to another place than it was in the booking, but it was much much better. Great kitchen, great, clean rooms and a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore. I definitively recommend the hostel to everyone!

Marco, the owner of the place has been nth but hospitality towards me and my friends when we were there. He pointed to us the various places that is a must see or go to. The facilities in the place is also adequate and clean.

cozy appartement befront termini station close to every pubblic trasports and 15 minutes from colosseum and fori. the breakfast at the their bar is amazing! maybe the bath is too little but it's clean! marco is always ready to help and give you a lot of tips and suggestions! great value for the money I've paid! i recommend it!
