Rome Place Hotel Reviews

I must say, I had to book this place as I didn't want to arrive in Phuket Town without a place to stay, and I noticed tge reviews were mixed. However, having stayed there I would definately recommend it as a good value hotel. It was quitet (it didnt appear to be full), but the rooms are large and clean, and nicely cooled. The location is also good, only about 10 minutes from the town centre. Staff were nice enough, though it was irritating that the wifi doesn't work builiding.

Room was pretty smelly and dirty- aircon didn't work when we paid for an aircon room, staff didn't engage, but it's cheap so you get what you pay for- ok for an overnight stop in Phuket town, nothing to do there though.

It's a nice enough place. There very well may have been a brothel on the second floor, but it appeared to be a whole floor set aside to massages. who knows. But the beds were nice and the staff was helpful. No complaints. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't. The breakfast they offered was 100B...

This place was fine and cheap! The hotel is about 10 min walk from the bus station in Phuket town so don't get a taxi just ask people for directions. The staff were helpful, breakfast was not so good. Location is alright for Phuket town. It's a hotel so not much fun though...
