They couldent even give me a little money back when i just after 4 hours canseld my 2 day reservation.

the hostel is in a good location, within walking distance to most areas of central phuket city. the staff were nice and helpful and spoke english very well. the rooms were clean, well kept and modern. the shower didn't drain very well, but otherwise, the washroom was great. i was disappointed that wifi was only available on the ground floor, not sure why. there isn't too much interaction with other guests and there isn't much of a character. it's closer to a hotel than a traditional hostel.
