I was so satisfied to stay here so I would come back again with out looking for a different hostel. I recommend this place. If you want to stay for a long period of time this is your place. You will have a pc with internet connection and tv plus you can cook small meal in the room.
The overall stay was fine, the only bad part was that my friend and I left our bags in the hostel before check in time and planned to return at night to check in and stay. We were not told that the reception closes at 7.30pm, as all the other 3 hostels I stayed at had 24 hour reception. What happened was that the after hours person picked up the phone and scolded us for not checking in early, having our locked luggages in the reception room, and told us to return Immediately from the city. Rude.

Glebe is a good location, and the TV and ensuite in every room is a nice touch. But the common area is a deserted basement that doubles up as a bin storage area, and the rooms are running alive with cockroaches. I killed one cockroach that splattered on a pillow, when i told the staff they brushed the pillow and put it on another bed for the next guest to use. Also there is no wifi.
A working hostel. Quiet during the week, and lively on the weekends. Glebe is a chill place close to the city.
