Central location. The room I stayed had a strange triangular shape. It was small, dark and smelt weird. Equipped with AC and TV. Bed was big. Bathroom was not en suite. It is not possible to store luggage after checking out, even for a couple of hours.
Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean and secure. Location is fairly good, just a short walk to the Diocletian's palace area. No area to hang out or meet people. Very strict on adhering to check-out times, even if you want to stay a little later.
Very nice room with all comfort (air conditioning, wifi, tv, kitchen, fridge) located just few minutes walk from Diocletian's palace.
Rooms Laura was very well located and the staff were helpful before our trip with helping us to arrange a taxi from the airport. Our room was clean, as was the bathroom. However, despite it saying that there were kitchen facilities on the website, there was not a communal kitchen that we could use. When we asked, the owner did provide us with bowls for cereal and boiled the kettle for us, but we felt like we were a being a nuisance. Also, there was no fridge for us to keep water cool in.
Great stay. Perfect home base incredibly close to the Palace and the harbor. Very safe and clean. Free wifi and a nice patio to sit on when taking a break during the day. Don't know why you would do a hotel over a room here, since you'll spend most of the time out and about and just need a safe, clean, and comfortable place to crash.
Awesome apartment! Myself and five friends stayed here and had a great experience. Lots of comfort and space. Location was close to everything we wanted to see in Split and we felt plenty safe coming home very late at night.
Very nice lady working there, clean and large nice room (incl the separate wc), quiet though its location, perhaps small, dark alleys for some people

laura was very very friendly, right in the heart of the town, very clean place and well looked after
This is more of an apartment than a hostel, great facilities. You won't see any other guests, but if you want a quiet night with clean, roomy space, this is the place to go.

Kind and welcoming owner who was very apologetic about the work going on near the hostel and offered to move us elsewhere which wasn't required. Really modern and up to date room with high quality facilities. Very quiet at night and good location at the back of the old town.
The host is very kind and the rooms right in the center of split. We didn't see the offered rooms because of construction works going on, but the whole building seemed to be very nice. We got an "upgrade" to the comfort room nearby, which was a huge appartement, but not very cozy. Recommendation!

I thought Rooms Laura was excellent! We stayed in an ensuite double room which was small but really great. It has a full size double bed, TV etc... The only negative is slight lack of storage space. A tiny (but well stocked) kitchenette with fridge (and tiny freezer section), hobs, sink etc. There is even a proper BBQ on the patio outside which is lovely- no cheap white plastic tables/chairs... It is shared between everyone in the hostel but we still had a nice private meal outside one night.
lovely place to stay if you are travelling as a couple...very modern room which was spotless and you can sit and have a beer outside ...a little hard to find down a side street but not a big deal...make sure you try the pizza from the pizzeria next door...great value and best pizza I had in Croatia!!
One of the best places I've stayed at thus far! Very roomy and everything is very nice and clean. It is very deceiving when you get to the apartment as there is a "ghetto" vibe. Other than that, they are very welcoming and hospitable staff!
Wow- the apartment was much bigger than we had imagined! For the price, we were amazed by the facilities available. The interior was great, and cleanliness impeccable. Good location as very close to the walled city. Only negative was the atmosphere as you approach the apartment past all the cats haha! Thanks very much for a great base for a stopover in Split.

Really enjoyed our stay here, was very nice, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Less then 5 min walk from the old town. in a very quiet area. Bed was good, the bathroom was very clean. would stay here again if we ever went back to Split.
Good, clean room in a private home with friendly owners. Good value for money. Location was excellent for heading out in Split. Value for money with nothing over the top special - regular room in a nice house. Owners smoked outside which is a nice distinguishing factor from many similar homes in Dubrovnik!
I stayed here with my parents in Room Laura for 2 days. There were no communal kitchen facilities available for our room accomodation which was not made aware to us on Hostelworld website. The 'reception' area was right outside our door and we felt abit caged in our room as there was also limited common area. Interestingly, there were many unknown winter jackets hanging inside our wardrobe in our room?!?! The room was clean and in excellent location to the palace, bus station and ferry port.
Reasonably comfortable, but the sign posting is a challenge to find it particularly in the dark. Owner was friendly and helped to fix a couple of issues. Only stayed overnight, but it is still fairly central in it locations and the room was quite spacious
Lovely apartment. Lady who owned the property was very nice and friendly . Had everything we needed and the location was 2 minute walk from the palace. Definitely recommend! !
