Owner is very friendly and helpful. New and nice tidy clean feel in the room, even though the building is very old. The rooms are relatively small by modern standards, but just as I would have expected booking a place in centre of an old town. I would have given 100% on everything, but I can't really give 100% on fun as you're just renting a private room! Would strongly recommend this as a place to stay.Owner is very friendly and helpful. The Location is perfect! Smack in the middle of the old town; 2 minutes to the harbour. When you're traveling by car, you will have to park the car outside of the old town and walk to the hostel. It\'s in the middle of the city that is small. As a lonely traveller, it\'s a small appartment, so there\'s no commun place to chill and meet the other travellers, so made you stay alone... but for a couple or a group, it\'s perfect, and you can be able to cook home ! Great place to stay in Rovinj. Being in the old town, it is close to restaurants, cafes, the ferry and the town beach.
