Rosa's is a nice place to stay, except for the noise from the street and nearby club. Fortunately, we were so tired from the day's activities, we slept thought most of it. The staff was friendly, and the room was reasonably clean. Central location so you can walk anywhere you're likely to go in San Ignacio.

Other than being by a busy road it was a great place to stay.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic with no wardrobe, hooks or hangers for your clothes. We had a spare bed in our room and put all our stuff on it, giving a very untidy look to the room. But for just a few days it wasn't a big deal. The other negative point is the street noise and music that comes from close clubs and bars. I would reccomend ear plugs. I have used them the second nght and slept much better. I liked the terrace where the breakfast was served.

the complimentary breakfast was excellent. the area was noisy due to music outside and heavy car and truck traffic on the street. when hanging up laundry i received a mild burn and electrical shouk when my chest touched a spot on a washing machine due to the haphazard wiring. overall you get what you pay for. my stay here was tolerable. the atm cave tour was excellent and the cave tubing was over hyped and could be passed on.

Perfect place to stay in San Ignacio - friendly staff, basic but really good breakfast, coffee and some fruit all day, kitchen to cook, nice common area.

This place was clean and friendly and in a great location but SUPER NOISY. Do NOT stay here if you are a light sleeper - the music from next door plus the street noise plus the whirring fans were a nightmare.

The club was too noisy to sleep and the rooms were musty. Left early, but the staff were understanding and helpful in providing a refund

Great, quaint spot that is next to a very loud nightclub. We stayed on a Saturday so we heard bass until the wee hours. Otherwise the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Spent six nights at rosa's. It was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about a 100m from the city's main pedestrian mall. Also, there was always a staff member watching the front desk and security was not an issue.
