The hostel was very good value for money (very hotel-like!) and really close to the city centre. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Pictures live up to the real deal. We were given an upgrade to the family room, double queen beds, kitchen, bathroom and a view of the street. Staff was very friendly, available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Room service came in everyday, and left the room like new. Kitchen was fully equipped, and we were able to save by eating in. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable luxury stay, right in the heart of downtown!! Will return.

We had an excelent stay at Roscoe House. We loved our room which was very big, confortable and clean. We strongly recommend this place to anyone that comes to Liverpool. We hope to come back there again.

I stay on a 4 bed room with my family and, though the recepcionist was not very friendly, we were quite impressed with the room. Two big, comfortable beds plus sofa, tv and a big table. Everything was great until one of us tried to have a shower next morning and realised the water did not go through the shower head. The hose was not completely sealed and, as such, it was really tricky to have a shower.

The hostel was gorgeous. Our shared 3 room was huge and definitely worth what we paid for. We were nicely surprised. The hostel was also very well situated. My only complaint was that our room was quite cold at night.

Within walking distance to Albert Docks and Lime st station so it's pretty convenient.hotel has a lot of privacy and its quiet.the only setback is that there is not a single signboard outside so be prepared and be ready to go up the steps to ring the doorbell.

Roscoe House is a very very nice Hostel! We stayed in a big room with kitchen for a very fair price and enjoyed our night. There is always somebody in the Hostel, so you can drop your Stuff and enjoy the City (just 5 Minutes by foot to the heart of Liverpool).

The location was great, it was a beautiful building. However, I didn't et to see it as I was in a cold basement room with no natural light. Can't blame the staff but it was a depressing experience. I wanted to share a dorm but you have to book for 4 if you want to do this. As a single traveller I was forced to book a private roo m ov £40 a night. I did it as a treat to myself.I'm sure the rst of the place is lovely but unless you like dark cold, lonely stays make sure you check before you book.

Great value for money! Neighborhood does not look very appealing at first, but it's within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the city center. Would definitely stay there again!

There is nothing to complain about this place. Everything is good. It's like a hotel, not hostel.

Really enjoyed our stay but it would have been great if there was a lift, because lugging a bag up to the third floor is not very good.

I am very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The bedrooms, office and bathroom are modern. The whole hotel is immaculately clean.

great location, more of a hotel than a hostel, was annoying that there wifi wasn't working, and they didn't seem to do anything promptly about it!! other than that a great place!!
