We didn\'t have such a great experience here. We didn\'t get picked up from the train station as per the website. The room was damp and basic - the walls showed the remnants of human vs. mosquito conflicts - where the mosquito lost. The food is expensive and not good. The positives are that the owner is charming, it felt secure and the location isn\'t bad, so it\'s a shame the place doesn\'t offer the value the price suggests it should.We didn\'t have such a great experience here. Very pleasant hostel where you can count on the staff who are always welling to help you (and they are people you can trust). We have enjoy the city tour with Jamel, the Rickshaw driver, who did all is best to makes us happy. The owner and is familie are charming, the even offered me a cake for may birthday!!! One of the best places I've ever stayed. The owner went out of his way to help with everything. I got sick and he helped in every way he colud. He even sent someone to buy me medicines! We talked to him and got to know his beautiful family. I'm very grateful of him, and look forward to stay again if I ever come back to Agra Good location, 5 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes away from Taj Mahal. Nice place for couples, singles or families. Friendly services, clean room, and great location close to Agra Train Station , Bus stand , Agra Sadar Market (Shopping & Eating ) and Taj Mahal.
