Ross Hostel

Ross Hostel is a completely new building constructed in the classical style of the Bulgarian Renaissance. It is situated in the old quarter of Veliko Tarnovo where the spirit of years passed by is preserved. Gurko Street, on which the hostel is constructed, is known as the most romantic street in the whole town.

We have comfortable single and double rooms equipped with colour cable TV, a fully furnished kitchen and luxury bathroom. All the rooms are kept in a perfectly clean condition. Some of them have spacious terraces with an incredible view of the old part of the city. There is room to store all of your belongings and also a mini-market in the hostel.

The end of Gurko Street leads directly to the historical hill of Tsarevets. The authentic castle of old Bulgarian kings dates from the time of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom and was the last stronghold of Bulgarian culture before the Turkish invasion. The Sound and Light ('Zvuk i svetlina') performance is a light, laser and music presentation that you will never forget. This show is unique of its kind not only on Balkans but in the whole world.

Ross Hostel 1 and 2 can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.
