It is best hostel I have ever stayed in. Perfect in every way. The only downside is it's location which is pretty far from center. On the other hand there are a lot means to get to the hostel, and city transport is frequent. So overall the location is not that big of a problem.

Thumbs-up for the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Lodge is new and nicely decorated. We like it! Would recommend to others if they don't mind traveling a bit to get to the city.

I went several times in London and Rowan Park Lodge was the best place i stayed. Giulia is very kind and helpful. The rooms are awesome : clean, modern and so beautiful ! Do not worry about the location because they are numerous trains to the city centre of London.

The room was neatly cleaned as we arrived, but had needed better cleang during our stay. We would have liked new coffee powder every day also, Apart from that we found everything excellent, especially the fast and efficient wifi and the delicious and generous breakfast. It could be worth mentioning in your description that some rooms have balcony. Would be helpful to have a sign on the door. Thanks, Guilia, for eveything. It was really nice to have a calm place after a busy day in the city.

A very homey, friendly lodge. Impeccably clean, bright, cheerful. In a quiet neighborhood. The only downside is the need to take a bus and train to London. We were happy to do this, but some might find it too far out of town. We would definitely stay there again.

Giulia was a great host and made our stay very comfortable and helped with bus & train routes. The room was very cozy and spacious and she kept the place very clean. I had an impression that the B&B was closer to London, but with the train and public transport system it was fairly easy to get to and from the city. I would have liked there to be a sign on the place stating it was the Rowan Park Lodge as I had a difficult time finding the place on my own.

We stayed at Guilias place for 2 nights and we can highly recommend Rowan Park Lodge. After a long Day full of sightseeing you arrive there and just feel like at home. The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. The owner is such a nice person! We got all the informations we needed and she even picked us up from the train station. Thanks again for everything!

It was very clean and nice! Giulia is very nice and helped us a lot. She even picked us up from the train-station when we arrived. I'm looking forward to coming to her place again someday! :)

Our hostess Giulia was absolutely fantastic. She picked us up from the train station, took us in and really made us feel like her guests. Always really friendly and happy to help with anything. The building is only about a year old, so everything is very new and modern. Excellent facilities, spacious room, comfortable bed. We had a fantastic time. It's about a 15-20 minute train ride into London, but it is definitely worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Rowan Park. We were well connected to the London infrastructure net, had a warm, clean, tidy and charming room and bathroom to ourselves, and were even picked up from the train station by Giulia, well in advance of check-in time (the room was vacant) allowing us some much needed rest! Visiting London was a cinch. The breakfast was nice as well, however, if you are expecting 'bacon and eggs' however yo should lower your expectations, as baked goods and cereal were on offer.

Giullian ie the owner of the Rowan place is absolutely amazing. Her fine hostel is decorated with much thought and are of high standard. Each room has its own personality. She showed us around with pride and she deserved. Wow! A small place with big personality. Giullian fetch us and leave us at the train, guided us to what we needed to know. and was absolutely fantastic. Can only recommend Rowan Park Lodge
