On 05.03.2014 while checking-out, I gave tip (money) to a house-keeper and requested to help me in bringing my suitcase downstair. He told me that he is coming from the roof but he didn`t come. The bed-covers etc. although cleaned but not upto the standard. Most of the fittings in bathroom doesn´t work properly. Bath room and Electric Maintenance is very poor. Inspite of Non-smoking, people smoked in the night. Sometimes guests make noise in the middel of the night and Management doesn`t care.

Great little hotel switch excellent staff who were always willing to help. It was a little difficult to find and talking to other guests they said the same. The room was clean and secure but 20 minutes notice was required for hot water. The restaurant was good value for money and served nice food.

The hotel is conveniently closed to the train station (but far from touristic attractions). The address is not as shown is Google Maps so it may be a bit tricky to find (we didn't want to take a rickshaw driver as we wanted to learn the way to/from station). Restaurant in the rooftop is good, staff are helpful, hot water 24h, clean… we found it very convenient for our two days stay in Jaipur.

Great staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was brilliant. Delicious vegetarian food for a reasonable price. Wifi is not free though and didn't really work properly, that was a bit annoying. but despite that probably one of the best choices in Jaipur. i would def go again!

Staff is very professional, welcoming and helpful. They organised a good driver to take me around Jaipur who was more then just a driver but as well security and a tour guide and was ready to go an extra mile. Very pleasant stay.

Was a lovely place to stay and great value for money although a little difficult to find.

Dark and dingy! Bedding was dirty. Lights didn't work. Plumbing needs work. My toilet didn't flush and instead of moving me to another room the guy said everything will flush down eventually when the toilet paper and turd has broken down!!! Don't like the fact that you leave the key OUTSIDE the room for power

Really worth recommending - just 5 min walk from the station, nice building, rooms pleasant and clean, good roof-top restaurant. Hot water available on demand only in winter months.

the maager was kind and courteus however it was very difficult getting hot water you had to ring and it was annoying the place is dark and was very cold throughout my stay!!there are better places in jaipur bit it was very busy due to lit fest

Very beautiful place to stay in Jaipur. The Sfaff was very very very kind and also the room was very clean a colorfull :) Also very good food on the restaurant. Thank you very much again for your Kindness!! :)

good location, very close to train station. good price. very nice and polite staff (looks like a familiar business). the don't try to cheat/hassle you o whatever. If you ask they will answer kindly everything with good knowledge but never trying to sell you nothing. also very clean and good restaurant upstairs. very good choice in jaipur.

Great Experience and value for money. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Food was just like home made food. The owner of the hotel arranged the required transport for us and guided us well. My parents have plans to visit Jaipur very soon. Will definitely book them there. Very close to the city center.

Tried to charge us extra day for checking out late, even though they had already approved a 2pm check out. Tried to charge for internet though it didn't work. They did let us check in early though on the day we arrived, so that was good. It's a bit out of the way and you get hassled by the usual rickshaw guys ripping you off something awful outside the hotel. Usual stuff.

Great hostel, clean and spacious rooms with working TV'S (some western, english speaking channels!). The shower's sometimes needed a little tweak to get it working properly but there is always someone on hand to tighten up the shower bolts and get it working again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they helped us organise tuktuks and bus/train tickets each of the 2 times we stayed there. The rooftop garden had the potential to be very nice but it needed a little TLC (leaky roof).

Awsome building and room, well decorated and very clean. Some of the best home cooked indian food we had, on the roof top! Thank you so much for making our quick visit to Jaipur so comfortable and enjoyable! We would recommend this place 100%. good location, very friendly owner and staff. Very private and secure as well. One of the best places we stay in India!

The staff where really good. Family run business. The hotel was close to the station (so good on arrival) but a a little further away from the old city and the MI Road - but you can't have both! Highly recommended!
