Property Information:
Fully equipped is the modern design open style kitchen which includes a fridge, cooking utensils and a dishwasher for your use.
White, black & chrome colored furniture make up the living room. Chill out on one of the two sofa beds to watch a movie around the coffee table.
Two bedrooms down the hall with a total of four single beds make them up.
In the apartment, you will find sliding doors that separate the bedrooms from the living area.
The apartment has a private bathroom and a separate toilet. All linens and towels provided.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
Damage Deposit 250 Euros.
Late Check in 30 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
