i stayed at the double bed private room .The staff was young people probably students but they where really really helpful and nice ,but on avarage the hostel wasnt so good , the bathroom was smelly and the glass door to the bath tub was broken , it had no curtains so we were up at 6 in the morning and there was a constant earth quake from the tram that was passing from down the road .and then i say earth quake i means everything was shaking with the floor every 10 minutes .poor to avarage

Other than a perfect location, there is nothing royal about this hostel. The hostel is in bad condition, dirty and the bathroom was smelly. The entire building is shaking every time a tram passes by (which is like every 5 minutes or so) and there were no curtains to keep out the light in the morning. Insight is not a problem as the rooms are on the 5th floor. The staff consists of young students who haven’t got the slightest idea of what service is… They hardly greet you and they managed to over

Great hostel , friendly staff , nice room comes with air-conditioner .

The receptionists were very friendly and helped us a lot. Although we've been there on Christmas and I can imagine that they rather liked to be with their families than with us.
