A total fail. We are travelling long time, but this has been the WORST out of maybe 1000 stays. Due to the flight, we arrived lat, after 22:00. The very unfriendly stuff (Housekeeper) proofed himself to be a COMPLETE IDIOT. After discussing when and where to bring a copy of our passport and visa, it was too late to find any place for dinner. Though he knew we, we went out, the door of the hotel was locked by the time we returned, like 30 min. later. :-(( No Knocking or ringing helped.

Location is good, right next to the Maruti Temple and most good places of Panaji are in walking distance. Area is quiet and safe also. The House looks very good, old goa style but the rooms are very basic. Beds crackle everytime you move around. There´s no fridge and also no TV BUT you´ll get a small breakfast. All in all a nice place to stay but you can find cheaper places with same or even better facilities in this area.
