Nice and clean appartment, however small. Very central location, friendly staff (did not interact that much with them, though).

Excellent location and very clean and big units with living room and dining area and kitchen with complete appliance and equipments. But our bed was not comfortable coz we can feel the spring on our back. so we just put the bed cover and comforter under the sheets and then it was comfortable to sleep into.

There was a little confusion with our room when we arrived, however the staff were very helpful and understanding. They showed us the room that wasn't going to be ready until 9, but offered to book another room for us. We ended up leaving our bags at reception and exploring the city before coming back to a freshly renovated apartment which was spotless and very nice inside. My friend was feeling sick and the staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond their duty.

This is a great hostel, very clean, beautiful and good location, the only problem is the open time is from 9am to 10pm, we arrive to prague at 6am and we slept all night in bus, we wait 3 hours in the door of hostel....we are very tired......

The staffs are nice, and they efficiently provided heater to us when we asked. But they forgot to clean the fridge before we got in. There were something like garbage in the fridge, which made us feel uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean. The location is perfect. Overall is good.

Very nice hostel located in the center of Prague. Very helpful and friendly staff. I had reservation for 2-bed room, but as apartments were not taken, they suggested me appartments for the same price. Just a bit expensive if you ask.

Great location, with a lot of space. we stayed in an ensuite and it looks like a big apartment. the bad things about our stay: the wi-fi was not working at all. it´s not a clean place after all. the linen was really dirty and also the living floor.

It's hard to find something bad to say about that place. Maybe the age of the building, probably because of it's location (the heart of the old town) , that gives us a bad first impression. But that's it. It's located at a few minutes by walk to the Charles Bridge. The staff speaks good english and are very receiving. The breakfast (we had to pay 10 extra euros for it) was very nice also. But the best of all is the apartment itself. It's huge! It even has a pool table in it. Very recommended.

This is the BEST location imaginable, and I'm very glad we stayed here. The staff are very courteous, friendly and kind -- a million thanks to you! The rooms were so clean I was astonished! The free wifi is fantastic (it doesn't extend to their family suite in the other building, but that suite has tv!). All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Very near the old town and Charels bridge. can go shopping for souvinors and have a drink easily in the near. The heating is perfect. Very nice and clean kitchen where you can cook and eat quietly. But a bit far away from the metro station and not so easily to find. The hotel is in the opper floor and the sign does\'t show it clearly. We share the bathroom with other guests and we hear people talking a shower in the middle of the night.

very good hostel. it provided everything a traveller may want/need. excellent location (just 5 minutes by foot to every place Prague has to offer). staff was very friendly and eager to help us in anything we needed + gave us a lot of information on what to do (concerning sightseeing and nightlife). the room was big and warm, bathroom clean and hot water was always available. overall a very very good hostel. :) thanks for everything :)
