Royalty Apartment

The Royalty Apartment is one out of 3 apartments positioned in the same building. This amazing apartment has two levels with a total of four very big bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There are enough beds to sleep fifteen guests, but with two sofa beds, this flat can sleep up to seventeen guests.

The kitchen is completely equipped with all the cooking utensils that you need to cook a delicious meal. Set it on the nice dining table and enjoy your meals.
There is also a washer and dryer for your clothing which helps you save loads of Euros.
The Royalty Apartment has two levels as stated before with a total of four very large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the Main level there are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has three single beds and the second bedroom has four single beds.

There is also a bathroom on the main level with two sinks, one toilet and one shower.
On the second level there are two more bedrooms, one bedroom has fur single beds and the other also has four single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower, one tub, two sinks and also a toilet. Bed sheets, linen, blankets and towels will be provided for all guests staying at the apartment.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
