Nice cheap rooms but no social area, only a small reception area. Also it says 24 hour reception but it asks you to be back before 12. But perfect location to the beach and bars and food!

Hot water was a total myth. Security was good, beds weren't rock hard but springs jabbed my ribs, AC and fan worked well, nice rooftop view. Staff was pretty "hello sir you want _____?" but not unkind. Wouldn't be opposed to going back. For $11/night for a private room I would say the value is very good

Really cheap and excellent location, 5min walk to the beach. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and new towels everyday. Overall no complaints for the £3 a night that you pay :)

The staff are very lovely and the rooms are cleaned and tidy. Hot showers, elevator, WIFI facilities and the staff let you use the computer in the lobby. Lovely place, would recommend for travellers on a budget looking for quality accomodation.

We completed our diving course whilst staying here so we opted for a guest house over a hostel for security and comfort (avoiding party). For that reasons it was great but definitely not much atmosphere.

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Nha Trang is overrun with hotels in this price range so standards are generally high. We booked here because we wanted to be sure of somewhere to stay over Xmas, in reality we needn't have worried. The hotel itself is decent, helpful staff and a cute little dog called @Miko@. We had a noisy air-conditioner and fan and the room backed onto a air force barracks which woke us up several times each morning. To their credit the staff DID offer to move us.
