The hostel is very small, but feels cosy and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful during your stay as well. However we booked a "tent" room and they upgraded us to a "normal" room and charged us a little more...but it was still a very good price for southern Chile. I would recommend the hostel for anyone passing through Puerto Varas.

The wifi was not working, there were not enough bathrooms, the dorms were too small, and my upper bunk bed was 50cm from the ceiling : i hurt myself several times ... Unfortunately, the really nice staff and cleanliness of the place didn't compensate for the poor facilities in my opinion

Kitchen was fully equipped and organised. Bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen (hostel wise). The owner is really nice and helpful, which creates a nice atmosphere.

Worst hostel I've stayed at in over 12 months of travel! The hostel has signs up saying 'silence' after midnight, yet people stay up talking & yelling until 3am, sometimes 4am. It's a small wooden house, with wooden floors & walls, so the acoustics are terrible. It's apparently a family-run hostel, yet it felt like you are staying in somebody's home & they don't want you to be there! My advice, stay elsewhere!!
