Very good staff (Ursula) they helped lot,they gave very good plan for sightseeing, etc, very clean and perfect arrangements for breakfast even they packed breakfast items for us when we were checked out in the early morning, thanks to Ursula. Definitely I will stay here next time when we go to Interlaken.

The staff were amazing! Really did their best to make you feel like home -- they remember your names, bring you out coffee or tea for you for breakfast themselves, and recommend awesome money-saving alternatives to the most popular (but expensive) tourist attractions. Very clean and next to one of the city's train stations, but far enough away from the busy part of town so you can get some quiet at night. I will be staying here next time I come to Interlaken.
