Great hotel! Very clean and really friendly staff. One of them ran out to help us bring our bags in, another offered to make us dinner even though they don't serve dinner in the restaurant and they let us use their phone. The rooms also have heaters which is great for winter. The only bad thing was there was no hot water in the mornings, only at night and you have to give them your room key if you want the room cleaned.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Real hotel quality for a fair price. Especially the good bed was really welcome after 2 weeks travelling. 5 min from the city centre of Madaba.

Stayed at several hostels in my life, and this was by far the cleanest place I had been. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying more at an upscale hotel than at a hostel. Highly recommend.

Rumman is not a 5* Hotel, but when you book for a cheap hotel, you know that.We spent three nights in there and we always had a good sleep. If you don't like noisy hotels, then you go to Roumman. The manager and his wife are helpful. We went in another cheap hostel in Petra, and with a same price as Rumman Hotel,we had a such a horrible, dirty room,it was a relief going back for one more night in R.H.

A great place to base yourself in Jordan stayed in five hotels while in Jordan and this was the best one. Clean plenty of hot water and walking distance from the sights in Madaba. Good for day trips to other sights in Jordan.
