Staff were extremely helpful, really nice place. Highly recommend!!
What a fabulous hostel! The courtyard is the most beautiful common area space I've seen in a hostel. Great rooms and fantastic staff in such a great little town. Also very highly recommend booking the Quebrada de las Conchas tour from the hostel - best tour we've done. The guide was a local who took us to the main sites along the trail, and then we did a 5km hike through some of the most stunning scenery I've ever seen with great miradors along the way. Do it!
LOVED this hostel. Amazing garden, lovely vibe. So much space to relax in. We were upgraded to a private with ensuite was large with so much space - seemed like a hotel and not a hostel. Breakfast just cornflakes, bread and spreads but the breakfast lady was such a sweetheart, even though we didn't speak the same language. We also had all our bedding changed half way through our three night stay! Great! Loved Cafayate and this hostel helped that too.
Just stayed at rusty k for 4 nights, and it was absolutely spectacular. The outdoor garden is beautiful, with ripe grapes growing overhead, and the staff was perfect. Warm, inviting, helpful. My last night there was a beautiful asado outdoors. My best experience in Argentina so far. It's a place where you could easily come for a night and end up staying for much longer.

Good hostel near to the center. Clean. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Please note that the double beds are really small (like 130 cm large and 180 cm long). Luckily the region is well known for its good wines so you won't get any problem to fall asleep ;-)
We loved to stay at the Rusty-K Hotel, it has a very nice atomsphere - the staff is very friendly. The tour to the Quebrada de Cafayate (Valle de las Conchas) was super interesting, informative and the landscape was beautiful.
We had a loovely time at Rusty K. Our room was possibly the best we've had in Argentina or Chile in the past 3 months. Breakfast was nice, cereal and juice! The atmosphee was quiet and there could be more information available for guests. We don't speak much Spanish and so its our fault that we didn't feel confident enough to try and find out more information.
