The Riad is excellent if you want to experience the heart of the Medina- the walk to Djeema el Fnaa takes you through alleyways that have real character-and characters!! The staff at the riad were very helpful, breakfasts were tasty and filling tho' we didn't do them justice as we were always in a hurry.We stayed in the yellow room, which had plenty of space and a HUGE bath. Mustapha, the 'front of house' guy, was commendable - he went to great lengths to ensure we were happy and comfortable - top banana! The Riad was beautiful inside - we got collected from the airport as per the hostel promise, and was shown to the door by the taxi driver - we couldn't fault the service, and would reccomend the riad to anyone.Mustapha, the 'front of house' guy, was commendable - he went to great lengths to ensure we were happy and comfortable - top banana! Mutsafa was very helpful and a Riad that provides an Oasis of calm in this city is essential... Breakfasts were excellent and it is very hard to find any fault with this establishment... I would reccommend this establishment to anyone from couples to families.... The aircon was also good to escape the heat while sleeping.... Riad Puchka was fully booked when I booked so we were moved to another Riad recommended by them. This must be the best Riad in Marrakesh. Mustapha was an amazing host, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay in the Medina and surrounds. Riad Puchka itself is an amazing hotel for an authentic Moroccan experience. The lavish White Suite is an opulent experience in itself. Thanks to Mustapha, our driver Mohammad and the rest of the team at Riad Pushka. Very highly recommended.This must be the best Riad in Marrakesh. Mustapha was an incredible guide and he made any difficulties we encountered easy to navigate. The Riad is lovely, the pool and the breakfast area is really nice. The breakfast was also great and the staff are helpful and polite. The main issue we had was the location, its hidden behind alley ways and we found it difficult getting home, with the locals being rather pushy and sometimes scary..it can be quite uncomfortable.
