Strategic location, walking distance to many good spots, cafes and eateries, rooms are good and value for money.

Nice place to bunk in for the night! I didn't had he chance to had proper breakfast there but hei, it's a paradise of food! You should head out or breakfast nearby instead! Not a good place to stay during raining season, because the whole street will be flooded and you will not even get out of the hostel. However this effect all hostel long this street.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great painting at the entrance. Poor acoustics isolation. waken up by the noise from people in bathroom at 3 am.

1. Give some information at the notice board, e.g.Top 10 places tosightsee in Penang,10 Best street food in Penang...etc. 2. Change the locker in the guest room because it always make noise and disturb other people sleeping. 3. Provide a proper tips box in the front desk. If the customer really appreciated their services, normally will give tips but three of us do not know where to give the tips. Staff provide good services and hard working must give extra money to encourage them.

Great location in old part of Georgetown. Pretty big hostel, which made it less personal and more difficult to meet others. Comfortable beds though, very clean rooms and bathrooms with great showers!! Breakfast was nice and overall the hostel looks great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome generous hot breakfast makes staying at this place worthwhile! The communal corridor and wooden floors can disturb sleep so be sure to bring ear plugs and you'll be fine. Large showers and all round decent facilities. More than good enough for the traveller.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very clean except for few ceiling cobwebs. No curtain for the window in dorm so woke up early every morning from sunlight. Unfortunately, two thefts in my dorm while I was there so take a padlock and use the lockers provided!!

Lovely hostel. Only idea is maybe some juice or small fruit with breakfast.

Great location for exploring Georgetown. It was really quiet, clean and had air conditioning which meant I slept really well here. The beds were really comfy too! It had a secure front entrance which was good and a locker (we had to buy a padlock). There didn't seem to be that many guests and it didn't have a communal vibe but getting sleep so I could enjoy Penang during the day was much more important to me. Decent hot showers too!

The hostel was very quiet, good if you want a good night sleep not good if you want to meet anyone else on your travels. Thought it was overpriced compared to other hostels in the area. Would stay somewhere else.
