The Ryokan is >100 year old and traditional setting (you even get to try a Japanese bath clothes!). Owner was very friendly and easy going.

Great place to stay, if other major places are gone. Very silent place but you might find it nice depending on what kind of group you go with. The bathroom was very normal and there was no big hot tub that is typical to Japan. But the caretaker was very nice and friendly and response was prompt. Overall 3.5/5 experience.

Traditional building best for experiencing the Japanese style of living. As the building was made from wood, will be easy to make sound when your walk and will hear others activity sound. As there was not much guest at the moment, there was not big problem. Good location with 10 walk from station.
