Ryokan in great location, right near tram and memorial park. Really enjoyed the hospitality of the hostess; although she doesn`t speak a lot of English, she manages to get the message across in an incredibly endearing manner.

Our room was small. But well, it's Japan; actually the complete house had that feeling, that everything is small. Close to the Memorial Park and to a tram stop.

Nice ryokan for 2 or 3 nights. I was given a map and told about what is worth to see at the very beginning. I didn't see the owner later on. The public bath is just a small room with 2 showers and one small bathtub. Good place to sleep, not to spend there lot of time. Nothing to write home about.

Stayed here with my wife and we loved it. The lady thats runs this ryokan is one of the nices people we met in Japan. Great breakfast and very cheap bike hire. Highly recommended

Lovely lady runs this, speaks little English but enough to get by. Hired bikes really cheap. Traditional Japanese, style, very quirky.

Lovely staff here, make you feel at home and explain what there is to do in the city. Decent location, good facilities. A very comfortable place to stay. First choice for a good nights sleep!

Very quaint guest house with a very friendly Japanese lady running it. Most of the time, I couldn\'t tell if she was speaking Japanese or English, but she still got the message across. A nice little walk from the Peace Park and other attractions, next to the river and tram stop, nice, clean, tatami mat room.

This was a lovely little ryokan, good location a few blocks from Peace Park. Very clean and tidy, nice and quiet. Lovely lady, very friendly. Fairly broken English but easy to make yourself understood. Japanese style room with matress on the floor. Japanese style bathroom, one for all to share but it is a lockable room.

A little hard to find (1 block south of the mentioned tram stop), but even if you get lost you can ask the nearby convenience stores for directions.
