A great place to stay, a little out of town but definitely worth it. They spent a great deal of attention on the entourage; the garden en the water, the 'small room' for common use and the public bathing houses; a lovely place to stay.

Kangetsu was a great place to stay. It has a beautiful garden area to chill out in and is not too far from the centre of Tokyo. We only had a weekend in Tokyo, but found that travel to and from the ryokan was not a problem.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Was a great place for sleeping and getting a real feel for Japanese lifestyle. It is about a fifteen minute train ride out of Tokyo. The staff doesn\'t speak English though, so be prepared to know some Japanese.

It s supposed to have free internet access, but computers didn't work for 5 days straight and they did nothing to fix them.

It's a nice quiet place to stay in the south of Tokyo. You need some time to get into town, but if you love to stay in a quiet neighbourhood it's really worth it. Train station, restaurants, bakery and a big supermarket are all only 5 minutes away by foot.

very comfortable and very nicely lay out. it has a very good chilling out area, with massage chairs, dvds, computers and tv all for free. the staff is friendly and efficient. it is a bit of a track from central tokyo, but it is well worth it and it is an experience, a pleasant one to stay at this hostel. i would recommend it.
