Its a very safe area due to high standard houses in this district. The place is easy to reach by rikshaws depending on your needs. You can always ask Amit the owner for some help and he will even offer you to drop you at the places you want to see. The Family lives downstairs, but you dont feel any rush at all. The atmosphere is laid back, you have your space and due to AC you feel very comfortable. Its a clean house and you can cook some meals/store your food in a fridge and enjoy your stay =)

Reading the amazing comments so The lovely line " a traveler only understands another traveler well while fitting his shoe in the feet " is most suitable here as we always could be understood easily then having any communication problems. The wifi was good, we cooked our own lunch or dinner sometimes in all things provided and enjoyed having my own time of tea instantly .Felt like living in a 5 star hotel with my own studio. Thanks and I wish places like this would grow in numbers in india.

Loved to stay there, the best host in my travel history of 10 years, you feel peaceful once you reach there.the positive vibes, the feeling to stay there is enormous.Rooms very clean.spacious, wall designs are creative.Few mins to train station and mins to bus stop.Found best after my old city experiences in India.A best break out of India travels.2-3 nights go very quickly.Other offers on the board are so nice and so many freebie given.Quality of 5 star in a home atmosphere.Super value for money.

I strongly recommend Sawai's as a place to stay in Jodhpur. Amit the owner makes you feel at home and helps you find a solution for each situation. The hostel is located in a very nice residential area of Jodhpur in a quiet location. You will need to take a rickshaw to go everywhere but that's really not a problem as everything is within 10 - 15 minutes from the hostel. The hostel is new so everything is modern and very clean, definitely THE place to stay in Jodhpur.
