SR Backpackers is more than just a hostel - it's Tomi's place, and everyone receives the royal treatment upon arrival.. Tomi himself cooks breakfast every day, is obsessive about the hostel's cleanliness, and will go way out of his way to help you with ANYTHING you need, no problem! He will walk you to the bus stop and will arrange any tour you want. For your 1-2 day stay in Saranda, SR Backpackers is the place to be. Tomi will ensure that your stay is memorable, guaranteed.

dorms are rooms i a flat modern building, thus lack of particular charm and character. Location is great, very Clean, safe and a large kitchen to use. Break-first is very good, all served by Tomi the owner. He takes care of you AND you can discuss albanian history with him in English, if you are interested. Just not the usual bla,bla,bla, you can dig Deep into the subject!! I am very pleased with my visit there. Take into account that Saranda center and waterfront is all made up with NEW houses

Very nice hostel and in my view the best choice to stay in Saranda. Just across the road from the port and the beach, close to the main bus station and a big new supermarket around the corner. Huge balconies attached to the dorms overlocking the bay and amazing breakfast! Many thanks to Tomi for the great time!

Position would normally be this place's best asset, being so close to useful bus lines and the Corfu boat, but the manager is so over-the-top helpful he makes the place. Veranda views, free cooked breakfasts, wonderful host. Thoroughly recommended

The location is excellent which is close to bus stop and the beach. The view overlooking the beach is fantastic. The owner, Tomy , is super friendly and caring. He had really made us feel like home away from home! Thank you so much, Tomy.

' Tomi's est situé dans un appartement au centre et près du port de la petite ville de Saranda. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter le sud du pays. Beaucoup de bus et la possibilité de louer une voiture dans de très bonne condition juste en face de chez Tomi. Tomi se met en quatre pour vous être agréable. L'hôtel est assez impersonnel mais avec une belle vue sur la mer.'
