The hotel itself does not promise the best conditions except the location. However the stuffs and people are great and helpful.

Brillant location, on an island overlooking the old town. The atmosphere isn't that great though, lots of older people and school groups. Okay considering it's cheap by Swedish standards.

Nothing to do in the hostel. Lots of old people.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They've got everything you need in a hostel!

The location itself is not the closest, but the views more than make up for it - the place is really beautiful. If you don't mind walking 15/20 minutes to get to places go for it. The hostel is really good overall, kitchen, common area, toilets and showers were all good/great. The bed was really confortable and the room was pretty spacious.

I have been 30 years as a member with STF that runs this hostel. Large rooms, nice location, but terrible crabby hostile and inconsistent staff. Hostel lacks management and is polluted with miscommunication between staff and between staff and management. I felt degraded as a guest.

Very nice hostel, a bit pricy though.

Really cool location on one of Stockholm's many small islands. The staff was very friendly, and the cafe downstairs served great food. Just a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Stockholm.

The price is great for Stockholm given that it includes linen. The hostel is located on skeppsholmen, a beautiful and quiet island about a 15 minutes walk from gamla Stan. Security is strong here with key cards for access to your rooms, and your're provided with quite a large locker (my 40 litre bag and skateboard fit). One thing to remember before booking the hostel is that there is a small fee (30 SEK) if you're not a member of their hostel association. (Kind of like YMCA hostels)
