The location of this Hotel was great as it is close to the International airport, walking distance to the Gold Souks and Creek but the staff members do not respond to any of my phone requests (unless I'm buying something off them) and I had a cold shower for the whole stay I was there (5 night) I called reception multiple times with empty promises...

More like a luxury hotel rather than a hostel. I was expecting the worst due to some previous reviews but myself and my girlfriend cannot find fault with this facility and i would recommend it as an excellent place to stay.
