SUM Guesthouse Busan Station Reviews

The hostel has a very convenient location, about a few blocks down from the train station. However, it can be difficult to find. The food, staff and facilities were good, clean and very friendly. The hostel itself is brightly decorated and very airy, which is a refreshing change. However, there are no screens in the windows, so mosquitoes are definitely a problem here.

The place is clean, has nice common areas, staff is ready to help you whenever you may need any hep, and the location couldn't be better, next to Busan Train Station and subway, and the ferry terminal is pretty close as well.In addition, an excellent braekfast is provided for free. The walls of the rooms do not reach the ceiling, which means you can hear almost any chat or snoring coming from other rooms, but apart from that I was really satisfied and I do recommend it.

I did not like the neighbourhood, but maybe it was just a bad impression I got. However the dormitories have walls that do not go up to the ceiling. therefore we can hear everyone from the same floor... For the rest, corean breakfast was really nice, facilities were good too.

A very nice hostel that I have ever met!

First hostel experience, and this place made it great! They allowed me to check in past the check in time and I was very grateful for that. I was sick and the comfy atmosphere and beds definitely helped me recover. They were all very nice! The environment is very mellow and it was quite all night. Thanks!

SUM Guest house is a Fantastic place to stay while in Busan and especially if you want to be close to Busan Station! The location is perfect and the facilities are really super cool, artistic, well-kept, thoughtful and comfortable. The authentic Korean breakfast that is included is really super delicious, balanced and satisfying! The staff is also really kind, helpful and easygoing. Staying at Sum GH on Christmas was my best hostel experience...ever!

Located 5 min walk from Busan Train Station. Staff was wonderful and even organized a room in Suzhou for the next night. Spent Christmas Eve at SUM - Provided free beer and dinner for everyone. Fantastic experience.

I really liked this guesthouse. It is very clean, new and pretty looking, near to Busan station, staff is cute looking and friendly and speaks English, delicious free korean-style breakfast is being provided, bathing facilities are good with korean brand facial foam, shampoo all provided. Lounge at check-in counter is also a comfortable place for people with different nationalities to gather and chat =) Plus there are two cute cats and they will not let guests feel uncomfortable about them.
