Mr Richard is very accomodate and superb helpful.To me its value for money for staying there.I ll be back again and hope i didnt repeat same mistake Richard got to collect the room key at the bus station at eleven hour!Marvellous my dear friend Richard!Friend in need are friend indeed!

Feels just like at home. Owner Rich was very, very friendly and helpful too! It is just a short walking distance to all the eating places, and the beach. Will definitely return!

It's cheap and cheerful and fairly close to the bus station and the beach. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Not exactly the Ritz but fair value for the money.

richi and pen were great . couldnt help us enough , helped them being english but got the impression they treated all there guest the same no matter what nationality.great atmosphere. gave advise on every question we asked ,a real nice couple to whom we have made friends with and shall hopefully return to thier guesthouse in near future. made my holiday that little bit more special as i did not know what to exspect , enjoyed every moment staying there and will recommend to any of my friends.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the owners were really helpfull with info on everything from where to go and how to get there and even info on gettin around Bangkok which was helpfull and we were given both the rooms on or floor which was nice. It's just off the main road so it's not as noisy at night either so would definitely stay again!
