The room was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned (we arrived about 7pm). The staff quickly took off the previous bedding and gave us new ones. The floor was covered in someone else's long brown hair (yuk)... I think chewbacca might have stayed in the room before us. Despite our bad experience the breakfast was great, location is great, and the communal area also very good. Guy on reception when we arrived hardly spoke to us and made it seem like a hassle to show us where we were on a map. Shame!

Friendly, accommodating staff.

I enjoyed my time at the Saci hostel. It is located close to the centre of town so it was easy to get around using the buses and metro. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making me feel at home quickly. Breakfast was good, the pool was a nice extra and the laundry service (while a bit expensive) was well worth the money. I will stay here again.

Had a great time at the Saci hostel. The only let down was that we had booked a double bed but got bunk beds instead.Apart from that we had an excellent stay. Many thanks to Vinny for all his help and the invite to the Lab Club.

Such a great time and soo many good memories from our short stay here! Fernanda, on of the staff members, was awesome! There was a big pool party the first night we stayed here and we talked to and met so many amazing people. Then we all jumped in the pool till 4am. So awesome! Great location too! Will def come back!

Hi Tirtsa. Thank you for your review but may I ask... Are you reviewing our hostel or Sao Paulo City? Sao Paulo is a big city and there is a lot to do. If you ask our receptionists they are able to help you finding many things. We are located at 2 minutes by foot from Sumare Station with is only 2 station from Av Paulista (15 min walk, if you prefer), where you can visit MASP, Casa das Rosas, Shopping malls, few cultural centers, etc. Also we are close to Vila Madalena (15 mins by foot), another lovely place to walk around, visit its handmade stores and meet people at the lovely bars and coffee shops. Not even mention we are only 10 min walk from Pacaembu Stadium and the football museum. Are you travelling cities or hostels? If your answer is hostels, here you could also chill out at our bar and swimming pool area. Well.. We hope we can helpyou better next time.
